Introduction of OREWORLDMT Ceramic Proppant
Ceramic Proppant is the key material in low-permeability fracturing of oil and gas wells' exploration. This product is used in the construction of deep well fracturing.Ceramic Proppant is filled to the low permeability deposit in the crack of rock stratum, in order to crack the rock of oil and gas, and propping the fractures not to be closed because of the released force when extracting oil by high closed fracturing, thereby to maintain the high conductivity of oil and gas.
Form of OREWORLDMT Ceramic Proppant
Ceramic Proppant is formed of pellets with 0.45~0.90mm diameter. The main mineral compositions are corundom, mullite, aluminitim titanate, a few glass and other minerals. The chemical elements of ceramic proppant are Al2O3—30~70%, SiO2—40~60%, and a few other dioxide.
Varieties of OREWORLDMT Ceramic Proppant
According to the anti-crushing strength,Ceramic Proppant is divided into 52Mpa, 69Mpa, 86Mpa，and 103Mpa three series, according to bulk density,Ceramic Proppant is divided into: low-density, medium density, high-density. Specifications ofCeramic Proppant are: 12-18 mesh, 12-20 mesh, 16-20 mesh, 16-30 mesh, 20-40 mesh between 30-50 mesh, 40-60 mesh, 40-70 mesh and so on.
