Ceramic sand's Introduction
Ceramic sand (frac sand) is a kind of ceramic particle products with high fracture strength. It is mainly used for fracturing in oilfield to stimulate the output of the oil or gas. Our ceramic sand can reduce the requirements for the current underwater pressure and improve the transportation performance in terrenes and help the section of sustain rock. With above excellent performance, ceramic sand can increase the output of oil or gas so that it has been considered as the necessary material at the later stage of oil exploitation.

Ceramic sand's Form
Ceramic sand is mainly made up of high grade clay and feldspar, quartz, mixed with certain amount of pore-forming and bonding materials, after forming, sintering, siveving, etc.It is being spherical-similar like and in irregular shape. Its surface is hard and there are many micro-pores among it.

Ceramic sand's Kinds
According to bulk density, ceramic sand is divided into: low-density, medium density, high-density.According to the anti-crushing strength, ceramic sand is divided into 52Mpa, 69Mpa, 86Mpa and 103Mpa three series. Specifications of ceramic sands are: 12-18 mesh, 12-20 mesh, 16-20 mesh, 16-30 mesh, 20-40 mesh between 30-50 mesh, 40-60 mesh, 40-70 mesh and so on.
