The high water solidified pumpable material (after name as OREWORLD® Mine support material) includes two components, one is OREWORLD® Mine support material A and the other is OREWORLD® Mine support material B. These materials can be pumping. By mixing with water, these two powders form Slurry A and Slurry B. These two slurries can keep flow within 24 hours in the pipeline before they are mixing. When they mix in the mixer, they are initial set within 30 minutes. Our company can offer the slurry pumps which are suitable to pump the Slurry A and Slurry B to the expected place. II. Main characters:
This pump is a pneumatic and portable mine-used slurry filling equipment, with prominent characteristics such as one unit multiple uses, small volume, light weight (can be moved by manpower), long transporting distance, free of blockage in pipe and device, etc.
a.
Use air source in underground compressed air piping line as the dynamics, without power supply;
b.
Small volume, light weight, can be moved by manpower, deeply into working face temporary roadway;
c.
Two kinds of slurries are transported respectively and synthesized into blended slurries in the terminal. This working principle can realize long distance transportation, which guarantees not to plug the pipeline and device;
d.
The two dry powders (OREWORLD® Mine support material A & OREWORLD® Mine support material B) are produced into two kinds of slurries, Slurry A & Slurry B according to certain water-cement ration. Using reserved slurry and supplied slurry alternately can generate continuous production.

a. Air source: pressure air source with pressure(0.5-0.8) MPa, flow rate is above 8m3/h
b.
Water source: Temperature is above 14℃, Flow rate is above 100L/min
c.
Environmental Temperature: Above 18℃.
