Main introduction of CSA expansive additive
The CSA expansive additive is obtained by blending natural anhydrite with clinker powder which consists of calcium sulfoaluminate and CaO. CSA Expansive additive is a special calcium sulphoaluminate cement additive. It has efficiency expansion ratio(about 6~8% to ordinary cement )
CSA expansive agent is designed to mix with cement as concrete additive. It can minumize the dry shrinkage of concrete. We offer two types of CSA expansive additives, the main specifications are according to GB/T23439－2017
Main Characters of CSA expansive additive
*Low alkali content. There are few K + and Na + ions in the raw materials used, so the total alkali content of the product is less than 0.30%.
*High hydration reaction and short reaction period. The macro performance is that the expansion period of the expansion agent is short. Generally, after 14 days in the water, there is no obvious expansion, so it has no significant effect on the early strength of the concrete, and it has a strengthening effect on the later strength.
*Under the constraints of steel bars, micro-expansion establishes a self-stress value of 0.2 to 0.7Mpa in the concrete to improve crack resistance.
*Micro-expansion improves the compactness of concrete, and the anti-freezing and anti-corrosion properties are also significantly improved.
*No chloride ion, no corrosion to steel bar, no influence on water quality of storage tank.

CSA expansive additive application::
*Preparation of impervious concrete can be used in underground and buildings with waterproof requirements: such as basements, subways, tunnels, cisterns, storage tanks, dams, etc.
*The preparation of compensating shrinkage concrete can be used for large-scale reinforced concrete projects with anti-cracking requirements on the ground, such as concrete grounds, aircraft runways, freight yards, parking lots, large-scale concrete structures, and large-area projects requiring fewer shrinkage joints.
*Preparing anti-seepage mortar and moisture-proof mortar for waterproof projects such as toilets.
*This product should not be used in projects or parts that are above 80 ℃ for a long time.
